I started this blog as a way to strengthen my path to recovery from my eating disorder and to help you with yours as well. Quickly, it became a blog about so much more than recovery from eating disorders, it became about recovery and positivity in general.

You are not alone in recovery and you have all the strength you need already within you. We can reach a stable level of recovery and we can continue on that path. Thank you for being amazing.
